We are looking for a digital marketer and communicator to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels in China. This person will also be responsible for Live Chat customer care.
You have a positive, can do attitude who is willing to start and grow a business with us. You have some experience and are willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns
• Critical sales support by creating and maintaining our Chinese social media presence including responses
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights and make recommendations on how the business can use the insights to provide a better customer experience and increase sales,
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Work with us to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as required
• Organise and attend relevant food and tourism trade shows and events where we can promote the products
• Maintain a good customer service attitude
Requirements:
• Able to develop and place content
• Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
• Some knowledge of website analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimising Weibo, Baidu, We Chat, QQ and all relevant social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Sufficient English to communicate with the Australian Directors.
